M. James Hamilton "Ralph" 1945 ~ 2006 Our beloved husband, brother, son, uncle and father, Myron James Hamilton, passed away Dec. 17, 2006, surrounded by his loving family. Jim was born May 7, 1945 to Harvey James and Myrth Monson Hamilton in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Olympus High School in 1963 and attended the University of Utah. He served in the Air National Guard at Fort Ord, California. He married his high school sweetheart, Sharon Buma. They were later divorced. In 1989, he married his soul mate, Kohnie Muir. Jim was a talented craftsman, and could build or fix anything! He loved boating, fishing and spending quiet time with his family. Jim had a great sense of humor, and those around him received new nicknames that have stuck with them. Preceded in death by his father and brother, Doug. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Kohnie; mother, Myrth Hamilton: sister, Elizabeth (Henry) Kesler, brother, Michael (Rochelle) Hamilton; children: Stephanie (Joe) Nash, Chris Hamilton, Sandra Bedke, Gordon (Christy) Bedke, Marsha (Layne) Mason; grandchildren: Adrienne, Abigail and Annie Nash; Racheal Ritter; Tyson, Trevor and Alexis Wright; Adam, Cody and Austin Bedke; great-grandchild, Jordyn Ritter, and numerous nieces and nephews. We wish to express our thanks and gratitude to the Liver Transplant Team and the medical staff at LDS Hospital who worked so hard and cared so much for him. Funeral Services will be held Fri., December 22, 2006 at Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary 4670 S. Highland Drive, Holladay, UT at 11 a.m. Friends may call Thurs., December 21st from 6 to 8 p.m. and Fri. from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment is at the Holladay Memorial Park, 4900 South Memory Lane, Holladay, Utah. In lieu of flowers, the family requests blood donations to your local Red Cross and participation in the organ donor program. "BE NAUGHTY!!"
