Kathleen Susan Sylvester Lewis, 54, passed away June 6, 1999, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born September 20, 1944, Spokane Washington, to William Egar Sylvester and Frances Margetts Sylvester Wilson. She married Lincoln Morgan Lewis, April 26, 1999 in Salt Lake City, UT. Survived by husband; mother; brother, David (Sharol) Sylvester, West Valley City; sisters, Jo Anne Sylvester (Gary Snow), Salt Lake City; Pat (Ray) Howard, Newcastle, CA; Jill (Dan) Marchbanks, Lehi; Connie (David) Eicher, San Jose, CA. Preceded in death by father.

Funeral services will be held Fri, June 11, 11 a.m. at Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 Highland Drive. Viewing Thursday, 6-8 p.m. and Fri 10- a.m. Interment Wasatch Lawn.
