Susan Smith Miller

Susan Smith Miller, 28, 4569 Holladay Blvd., died September 28, 1973 in a Salt Lake hospital of cancer.

She was born March 5, 1945, Salt Lake City, to G. Carlos and Lovon Petersen Smith. She married Wendell E. Miller February 6, 1968 in the Sale Lake LDS Temple. She served five years as counselor in Cedar Rapids Stake YWMIA. Susan graduated from Utah State University, cum laude. She was active in Relief Society. She had lived in East Moline, Illinois for the past seven years.

Susan is survived by her husband, son John, daughters Heidi and Lisa, parents, brothers Carlos, Jerry, Stephen and sister Nanette, all of Holladay.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Holladay LDS Stake House, 4568 S. Holladay Blvd., where friends may call Monday one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Holladay Memorial Park.
