| Robert G. Button --Buttons Bob --died suddenly the morning of July 25, 2007. He was born December 18, 1944, to Robert F. and Ruth J. Button. Married Diane Taylor March 28, 1964, (deceased). Married Victoria Fowkes August 4, 1973, later divorced. Bob was a funny guy who liked to make people laugh. He was a member of the American Legion Post 71 where he made many great friends. He was employed at Valley Services. Survived by his partner and soul mate, Ilene Evans; daughters, Kori Brown and Jesica Mickelsen (Mark); son, Jason Button (Nichole); sister, Colleen Crotty (Bruce); five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Button and his parents. Graveside services will be held Sat. July 28, 2007, 11:30 a.m. at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Ave. and N Street. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, from 6-8 p.m. on Fri. evening and also from 10-11 a.m. prior to the graveside services. A wake in his honor will be held Sun. Aug. 5, 2007, at the American Legion Post 71, 3419 South West Temple from 11-2 p.m. |
