CONWAY FREHNER

Conway Frehner, 57, died March 28, 2003 in his home. He was born April 27, 1945 in Salt Lake City to Leon Frehner and Minnie C. Frehner. He was married to Cynthia Jones in 1965. They divorced in 1976. They have three children. Con was raised in Sugar House, Utah where he attended Highland and Granite High Schools [note: he was in the graduating class at Olympus in 1963]. Con currently resided in Virgin, Utah. Con was an accomplished landscape contractor and enjoyed tile, rock and cement work. Con loved taking care of his animals, exploring the back country and the outdoors. He is survived by his companion of 23 years, Lisa Culverwell; amd his three children: Gregory (JaDean), Stephanie (Cory) Turnbow, Jeffery (Shantelle); seven grandchildren: Lacy, Tiffany, Jessika, Lisa, Ethan, Jake, Sage; his mother; two brothers: Stanford (Helen), Layne (Peggy); and three sisters: Roberta (John) Love, Kathleen (Richard) Wilkinson,and Anita (Kelly) Christensen. Con touched the lives of people with his kindness and helpful attitude. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 3, 2003 at 11 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St.George Blvd. Visitations will be Wednesday, from 6 - 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 - 10 ;30 a.m., prior to services at the mortuary. Interment, Virgin City Cemetery under the direction of Metcalf Mortuary.
