Since retiring from these two fine professions, I've spent most my spare time building and riding bicycles and running whitewater rivers. I just completed a 300 mi. run down the Grand Canyon and was only thrown out of my boat once!
April 2011 this was my fourth Grand Canyon run. Very high water and I rowed solo the whole 312 miles without flipping or being thrown out of my cat. Life is good!
Presently into horseback riding, 5-string banjo student. supporting my granddaughter, Cheyenne, in Dressage.
