Comments:

After graduating from Skyline, I went to the U of U for two years. I joined the National Guard, lived in LA, CA for two years, married my highschool sweetheart, Judy Roark, and we had a son. We moved back to SLC to finish college and had another baby. We then moved to Logan and I pursued a Masters Degree in Cellular Biology. Gave that up (not patient or creative enough for research) and moved to St. Louis for dental school at Washington University. I made friends with Dave Quinn (Jay's younger brother). Both Judy and I worked at Barnes Hospital and continued to do our best to raise Rob and Amy. After 10 and a half years of college, I finally had a career in dentistry. We moved to Greeley, Co to settle down. We have had a wonderful life here and have become involved in our community. We are both retired and we like to travel, enjoy our kids and grandkids. Judy was very involved with United Way for 22 years, was elected to the School board for two 4 year terms, started an educational foundation for our school district, and continues to volunteer in politics, and community housing and educational issues. I enjoyed my dental career very much and did a couple of years of volunteer dentistry at our local public health facility. I have been to Belize, and Guatemala as a dental missionary. I have enjoyed using my Spanish (thank you Senor De La Cruz!) both as a dentist and a 22 year Habitat for Humanity volunteer. I have worked in all of the Central American countries with Habitat. Judy and I are leading another trip to Nicaragua in the summer of 2018. I still like to ski and have been skiing with the Over The Hill Gang at Copper Mt., CO for the past 4 years. I love to motorcycle all year long as weather and time permits. I motorcycled with my Dad (Kronie) for many years all over the country till he had to give it up at 82. I hope I can do the same. Oh well, there it is.

Hi Jay. I went to dental school with your brother Dave. I remember that cool Austin Healy we used to ride around. I still have my 1952 MG. Let’s catch up. I live in Colorado. Happy birthday!

Hi Larry,
I remember always being impressed with your curiosity and easy, friendly nature. You were a friend I admired and wished I could have been half as smart as you. Remember Senor de la Cruz?

Hey Jay! Good to hear you've had such a good life since we palled around at Skyline. I remember that Austin Healey with the transplanted big engine and drivetrain. I still have my 1952 MG. I live in Greeley, CO with Judy( Roark). We celebrate our 50th in Sept of 2017. We have two children and 5 grandkids. I went to dental school with your brother Dave. How's he doing? Next time we're in St. George, I'll track you down. Take Care, Rok Kron
